The impressive development of this purpose-built 13 level building provides accommodation and facilities for 579 students. As part of the thoughtful design refrigerators are being removed from campus rooms and stacked alongside each other in a common, communal kitchen area. The purposeful design is to encourage more face-to-face social interaction and inclusion..

The combined heat load is to be comfortably absorbed by one 8kw air-conditioner
